Johann Georg Conradi
From 1690–94, Conradi (1645–99) was director of the famous Hamburg opera house, producing French and Italian works as well as the seven he penned himself. For various reasons, he left the Hansestadt to return to his roots in Oettingen, Bavaria, where he held the post of Kapellmeister until his death (when he was succeeded in the positionby his son!)
